About Me

I am currently working as an Assistant Producer for Create & Craft TV.

In 2018 I graduated with a First Class Degree with Honours in Media Production from the University of Lincoln.

During my time studying in Lincoln, I specialised in filmmaking and photography, where my technical and creative skills have flourished.

My first year was spent receiving a basic understanding and technical aptitude for all areas of media production, from design to radio to video. During this time I created several short fiction films, which are available to view on the film page.

I spent a semester studying at Minnesota State University Moorhead in the USA, where I took classes in media writing, photojournalism and documentary filmmaking. I had the opportunity to photograph the North Dakota Pipeline Protests, an issue that received global attention, as well as creating a film about the closure of the music venue, The New Direction.

My final year project is a documentary film titled 88 Days. Uncovering the exploitation of backpackers as they work on farms in Australia, we aim to encourage legislative change from the Australian government through the power of film. This documentary received over £4,000 in funding and garnered a lot of media attention, including a collaborative relationship with The Guardian Australia. '88 Days' is currently in Post Production, and we aim to enter it into film festivals upon its completion.

I am hoping to further my skills in a creative role, where I would like to continue my work in photography and video.
